 Section 1: Returns

1.1 If you receive a damaged or defective software product, contact our customer support team at contact@customtechsolutions.in within 7 days of receiving the product.

1.2 Returns are only accepted for unused and unopened software packages. Custom software development orders are non-refundable once the development process has commenced.

1.3 To initiate a return, provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.

 Section 2: Refunds

2.1 Refunds will be issued only for eligible returns and will be processed within 90 business days from the date of approval.

2.2 Custom software development orders are not eligible for refunds once the development process has started.

2.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 Section 3: Cancellations

3.1 Cancellations of software orders can be made within 90 business days of the purchase.

3.2 Cancellations for custom software development orders are subject to evaluation and may incur cancellation fees based on the progress of the development.

 Section 4: Delivery

4.1 Software delivery is typically instant, contingent upon the availability of the product.

4.2 Custom software development projects will have a mutually agreed-upon delivery timeline communicated to the customer.

 Section 5: Eligibility for Returns

5.1 To be eligible for a return, the software product must be in its original packaging, with all included materials, and in the same condition as when you received it.

5.2 Returns for custom software development orders are only accepted in the case of a documented defect or failure to meet agreed-upon specifications.

 Section 6: Return Process

6.2 Once approved, you will be provided with a return shipping address.

6.3 Return the product in its original packaging, including a copy of the purchase invoice.

6.4 Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it for eligibility.

7.1 Downloadable software products and custom software development orders are non-returnable.

7.2 Products not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-returnable.

8.2 Refunds may take varying amounts of time to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
